What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. Other comparable techniques (local storage, pixels, scripts) are referred to as “trackers”.
Under Article 82 of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, placing a tracker requires your prior consent, unless it is strictly necessary for the provision of a service that you have expressly requested, or its sole purpose is to enable communication by electronic means.

Third-party services used during the ordering process
Choosing a pickup point
At the delivery step, if you choose delivery to a pickup point, the website loads the Mondial Relay pickup point selection module, provided by our shipping platform Sendcloud (Sendcloud B.V., Netherlands) or by Mondial Relay (script and map). This module is loaded only at this step, to enable you to find and select a pickup point. It may set its own technical trackers and sends its providers the technical information needed for display (in particular your IP address). This processing is governed by the privacy policy of Sendcloud or Mondial Relay and, where applicable, that of the base map provider.
Payment on the Stripe page
Payment is made on a page hosted by Stripe, on Stripe's domain. On this page, Stripe uses its own cookies, in particular to secure the payment and prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe's privacy policy and cookie policy, available at stripe.com.
Managing cookies from your browser
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block the gtr_session cookie, your basket cannot be kept and you will not be able to place an order.
